I often find myself freezing cold, having chills, or cold flashes but everyone else around me seems fine. Just to be on the safe side, what temperature should I keep the house at so that my infant doesn’t get too cold or hot?
Because babies can’t regulate their own tempiture, you should keep your house at mid. 70’s. Either that or you can bundle up baby or cuddle the baby and keep it cooler.

Because there is no way to predict the gender of the baby, SAVE right before she gives birth, if you get a boy exit WITHOUT SAVING and then return and see if she has a girl when you re-enter the lot. If she doesn’t try the process over again until it happens.

This is only so muhc of a help, but a 6 piece set tends to weigh around 7 lbs. I suppose you could multiply by two, but since some of the elements are different, obvioulsy, that is just a ballpark….
My uncle has been renting a house to a small family and they have been behind on their rent. He already issued them a 3 day notice, however they recently had a newborn baby. So a lawyer shows up to their house and says something that they can’t be evicted because of something with the newborn baby law that they are allowed to stay. The tenants are recent immigrants with green cards. What should my uncle do? They live around Los Angeles
The lawyer is wrong. You can evict a tenant in los angeles for non-payment. Maybe the lawyer is thinking of evicting guidelines under rent control for additional persons, which he still would be wrong.
Regardless, evict them. File an unlawful detainer.
